How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on HOTT WRESTLING infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written notice containing all of the following five elements:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — A description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Service (e.g., the URL or direct link to the content).
  3. Your contact information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can reach you regarding your claim.
  4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury — A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice within 24-48 hours
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly if the notice is valid
  3. Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed
  4. Maintain a record of all takedown requests received

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address above containing: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the removed content and its previous location, (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake, and (4) your consent to jurisdiction of the federal courts.

Repeat Infringer Policy

HOTT WRESTLING has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

User Responsibility

Users who upload content to HOTT WRESTLING are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share that content. By uploading content you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions. HOTT WRESTLING acts as a platform and is not the producer of user-submitted content.
