Our Policy

HOTT WRESTLING respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you must submit a formal DMCA takedown notice containing all of the following elements:

The specific URL(s) of the content you claim is infringing.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include all required elements will not be processed. We are not obligated to act on incomplete or informal requests.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Safe Harbor

HOTT WRESTLING operates under the DMCA safe harbor provisions. We are not liable for content posted by third parties, provided we act promptly upon receiving valid takedown notices. We will remove infringing content upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
