This Privacy Policy explains how HOTT WRESTLING ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses and protects information when you use our platform. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:

Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google OAuth. We store your name and picture to display on your profile and comments.
Content you create — posts, comments, replies, community threads and any media you upload (photos, videos, GIFs).
Interaction data — likes, saves, collection names, votes in battles, confession submissions.
Activity data — points earned, badge level, report history.
Technical data — approximate IP address at time of upload (stored with media for abuse prevention), browser type, device type via Cloudflare analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To display your profile, posts and activity on the Service
To operate the points and badge system
To enforce our community rules and Terms of Service
To respond to DMCA notices and abuse reports
To improve the Service through anonymized usage analytics

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Media Uploads

Photos, videos and GIFs you upload are stored on Bunny CDN (bunny.net) and served publicly via hottwrestling.b-cdn.net. Once uploaded, media is publicly accessible via its URL. You are responsible for the content you upload. You may request deletion of your uploaded media by contacting us.

4. Authentication

Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth (accounts.google.com). We do not store your Google password. The authentication token is stored in a secure cookie on your device. Google's privacy policy applies to the sign-in process: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use:

Authentication cookie — to keep you signed in (session-based, deleted on sign-out)
Browser local storage — to remember your liked posts, age verification status and UI preferences. This data stays on your device only.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — hosting, CDN, security and analytics
Bunny CDN (bunny.net) — media storage and delivery
Google OAuth (accounts.google.com) — authentication
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — typography

7. Data Storage and Security

User data (accounts, posts, comments, interactions) is stored in Cloudflare D1, a serverless database operated by Cloudflare in the United States. We implement reasonable security measures but no system is 100% secure. Do not share sensitive personal information on the Service.

8. Data Retention

Your account data, posts and interactions are retained as long as your account exists. Uploaded media on Bunny CDN is retained until you request deletion. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has accessed the Service or submitted data, we will delete that data immediately and terminate the account.

10. User-Generated Content and Communities

Content posted by users in communities, the feed or comments is publicly visible. You are responsible for what you post. We store your user ID, name and content to enable the Service to function. Other users can see your public posts and profile. You can delete your own posts at any time.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights contact us at chuellomikel@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
